So, don't bother applying if you don't have one and haven't had one. The positions span a variety of skill-sets. The Interagency Coordination Officer positions might be attractive to someone with a domestic focus. The Programs and Resources Officer positions might be a good fit for those of you who have previously worked at OMB or with budget offices on the Hill. The last two might be attractive to people with overseas experience. There is a preference for people with existing top secret clearances or people who have held such clearances in the past and will be able to obtain them again.
