Superior Court handling hundreds of criminal cases ranging from simple assault, drug/gun possessions, theft, prostitution, destruction of property, etc. You will be personally responsible for conducting discovery, accepting pleas, arguing pre-trial motions, detention/suppression hearings, or sentencings, and trying cases investigated by the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD), Uniformed Secret Service, U.S. Park Police, and other local law enforcement organizations.
