12.0pt'>The PMF Graduation Training and Ceremony is the culmination of the
two-year Presidential Management Fellows (PMF) Program. This year's event
will be held at the National Conference Center (NCC) in <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City
w:st="on">Lansdowne</st1:City>, <st1:State w:st="on">VA</st1:State></st1:place>,
on Thursday, December 8, and Friday, December 9, 2005. The invited speaker for
this year’s graduation ceremony is Paul Light from the Brookings

two-day training will be accepted through the end of November, and reservations
made after December 1 may be accepted on a case by case basis. PLEASE NOTE:
Fellows from the Class of 2003 that do not attend the training will not be
presented certificates at the ceremony, but by registering at the website above
they can select the option to have graduation certificates mailed to their home

Thursday, December 8, registration will open at 8:00 a.m. The event will
start at 8:30 a.m. and continue into the evening, then reconvene on Friday
morning at 8:00 a.m. The Graduation Ceremony is scheduled to begin at
2:00 p.m. and end at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, December 9.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

attend the Graduation Ceremony on Friday, December 9, at 2:00 p.m. (no
registration is required and no meals are included). Guests that plan to
attend the ceremony should arrive after 1:00 p.m., on Friday, December 9, 2005,
and inform the NCC gate attendant that they are there to attend the "PMF
Graduation Ceremony". The ceremony will be held in the <st1:place
w:st="on"><st1:PlaceName w:st="on">West</st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceType w:st="on">Building</st1:PlaceType></st1:place>’s
Auditorium (a 5 minute walk from the parking lots or via shuttles that run
periodically throughout the facility). <font color=black><span
