Dear PMAG

The PMF Program would like to invite members of PMAG, and all PMI and PMF
Alumnae, to the Graduation Ceremony for Fellows in the Class of 2003 to be
held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 9, 2005, at the National Conference
Center in Lansdowne, VA. The invited speaker for this year's graduation is
Paul Light from the Brookings Institution. A short reception will follow.

I am writing this on behalf of Kim Bauhs who has just accepted an exciting
promotion in another department within OPM - her last official day as the
Acting PMF Director will be on Friday, December 9. Eric Brown will be the
new Acting Director after that date.

Congratulations to Fellows in the Class of 2003!

The PMF Graduation Training and Ceremony is the culmination of the two-year
Presidential Management Fellows (PMF) Program. This year's event will be
held at the National Conference Center (NCC) in Lansdowne, VA, on Thursday,
December 8, and Friday, December 9, 2005. The invited speaker for this
year's graduation ceremony is Paul Light from the Brookings Institution.

The link to register for the PMF Graduation Training and Ceremony is
available at http://www.conferenceregistrar.com/pmf_grad/. Reservations for
the two-day training will be accepted through the end of November, and
reservations made after December 1 may be accepted on a case by case basis.
PLEASE NOTE: Fellows from the Class of 2003 that do not attend the training
will not be presented certificates at the ceremony, but by registering at
the website above they can select the option to have graduation certificates
mailed to their home addresses.

The PMF website at www.pmf.opm.gov <http://www.pmf.opm.gov/> contains
detailed information about the training, which includes: Graduation
Overview, Travel Information and Costs, About the National Conference
Center, Questions About Graduation, and the Registration Process. On
Thursday, December 8, registration will open at 8:00 a.m. The event will
start at 8:30 a.m. and continue into the evening, then reconvene on Friday
morning at 8:00 a.m. The Graduation Ceremony is scheduled to begin at 2:00
p.m. and end at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, December 9.

Current Fellows, PMI/PMF Alumnae, and members of PMAG are invited to attend
the Graduation Ceremony on Friday, December 9, at 2:00 p.m. (no registration
is required and no meals are included). Guests that plan to attend the
ceremony should arrive after 1:00 p.m., on Friday, December 9, 2005, and
inform the NCC gate attendant that they are there to attend the "PMF
Graduation Ceremony". The ceremony will be held in the West Building's
Auditorium (a 5 minute walk from the parking lots or via shuttles that run
periodically throughout the facility). Graduation Ceremony RSVP's would be
appreciated by emailing pmf at opm.gov.

If you have questions about the event, please email them to pmf at opm.gov or
call 202-606-1040.

We hope to see you there!

I look forward to seeing you and other members of PMAG soon. Thank you for
your continuing support of the PMF Program and I look forward to hearing
from you soon. Take care.

Kye
